San Juan Sports has been outfitting outdoor adventurers since 1974, and aims to take care of our customers in the best way possible. Our guarantee ensures that every item you purchase at San Juan Sports meets your highest standards—or you can exchange it for another item or receive a store credit. We do not return items for refunds. No returns on Sale items.

We are committed to making sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, simply return your unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise in its original condition and an exchange or store credit will be issued. This means that it doesn’t matter if you bought the item that day, or a year ago, we will grant store credit or exchanges, just so long as the item(s) is in it’s original condition. 

NOTE: For your Safety and Hygiene, there are NO returns on the following Items/Categories: Any climbing gear, underwear & swimwear

You can expedite an exchange by placing a new order with your credit card and returning the unwanted merchandise for credit.
To make an exchange in store:
Please bring a copy of your receipt. If you no longer have the receipt please still come in and we will do our best to to locate your purchase for an exchange or store credit. Remember we are here to take care of our customers to the best of our ability.
